Refund policy

At B-Kat Boards, one of our Core Values is HONESTY. We don’t ever want anyone to feel tricked when doing business with us. We do everything we can to honestly and plainly explain how we do business, so you know what to expect.

Here is our Return and Refund Policy. It explains some important information about what happens if you’d like to return something for any reason.

Returns

We can accept returns up to 30 days after you received it.  All returns must be approved before mailing them back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

We recommend shipping with a method that offers tracking and insurance.

Shipping Damage

If a carrier causes damage to your order during shipping, we'll be sure to help make it right.

Please let us know about any shipping damage within 5 days of delivery by submitting your information on the contact page here: https://www.bkatboards.com/contact-1

Hold onto the original packaging and items in case the carrier requires inspection of the damage.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund.

Refunds are posted to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email notifying you that we’ve processed the refund.  The time it takes to post to your account will depend on your own financial institution.

If the return is for your own reason (changed mind, no longer want, exchange, etc...), we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee, and withhold original outbound shipping costs. If the return isn’t in new condition, we may withhold up to a 50% fee.

User-Generated Content

By submitting, posting, tagging, or otherwise sharing any content with B-Kat Boards — whether through our website, email, text, social media accounts, or by showcasing our products in photos, videos, or other media — you grant B-Kat Boards a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for promotional, advertising, marketing, or any other purpose, in any format or media, without further notice or compensation to you.

This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, social media posts, and any other material that features B-Kat Boards products or mentions our brand.

By sharing such content, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
